Join us as a Cloud Functional Application Engineer/ Cloud Developer Engineer

Become an Oracle Cloud Functional Application Engineer and help our customers make well-informed decisions regarding the implementation, management, and use of Oracle technologies. As part of the Oracle Customer Success Services team, you will be a member of the international network of experts, contributing to global technology-driven initiatives and innovation programs for continuous service improvements.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality results to Oracle Customers.
2. Ensure adherence to internal methodology, tools, and quality standards.
3. Identify required/recommended actions on Customer systems based on knowledge and experience.
4. Understand customer requirements and design the proper architecture using the most appropriate products.
5. Troubleshoot and solve issues customers may face using Oracle Products.
6. Escalate customer issues to Technical Account Manager when relevant.
7. Participate actively in Services development.
8. Collaborate with other engineers to share knowledge and experiences.
9. Demonstrate time management and complete individual goals while working in a team environment.
10. Learn from experts and contribute to adding value for customers.
11. Engage in customer projects with Oracle experts and leaders.
12. Learn to design solutions using Oracle technology and best practices.
13. Communicate using technical concepts and demonstrate a working knowledge of Oracle products.
14. Be available for scheduled out-of-hours operations when required.

What youll bring

1. Bachelors degree in relevant fields or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
2. Technical aptitude and interest in cloud technology concepts.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, German) are a plus.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
5. Openness to new ideas and challenges.
6. Ability to embrace change and learn quickly.
7. Strong organization, negotiation, and planning skills.
8. High energy and a passion for customer success.
