Requirements:

• Minimum 1,5-2 years of experience in the area of ML / MLOps, data engineering, GenAI (or related in AWS)
• Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with AI frameworks
• Hands-on experience in training and optimizing GenAI models
• Excellent verbal skills (Polish and English) and a human-friendly approach
• General willingness to help customers while theyre struggling with technical problems
• Good understanding of software engineering best practices such as code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, deployment, release, and change management

Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and testing GenAI-based solutions in the AWS cloud environment
• Developing and optimizing GenAI models using AWS tools and services such as SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, and other AI/ML tools
• Integrating AI solutions with existing infrastructure, based on serverless architectures
• Implementing automation mechanisms for model training, ML pipelines, and CI/CD for AI solutions
• Analyzing training data and preparing it for training generative models
• Developing and deploying real-time data processing and model training solutions
