Location: Preferably 1x/month onsite in Wrocław, but 100% remote is also possible
ALTEN is looking for an experienced Senior Python AI Engineer to join an advanced AI initiative focused on building scalable, production-ready systems for unstructured data processing using cloud services and generative AI technologies.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing robust algorithms, implementing clean and testable Python code, and integrating AI services into production environments. You’ll work in a fast-paced, English-speaking environment with a team of skilled engineers focused on high-impact delivery.

Design and develop scalable Python applications for AI-based systems
Build algorithms to process unstructured data using cloud and AI services
Ensure code quality through Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Implement observability to monitor system performance and reliability
Collaborate with engineers and data scientists across project phases
Stay current with trends in Generative AI, NLP, and related technologies
requirements-expected :
6+ years of professional experience with Python
Deep knowledge of algorithm design and software engineering best practices
Experience working with Generative AI tools and services
Solid background in TDD and test automation
Practical experience with observability tools and methodologies
English proficiency at C1 level
