Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of software requirements and to provide early feedback on quality-related aspects
• Participate in Product and Architectural Design Reviews and create test plans accordingly
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated tests based on product requirements and specifications
• Lead and execute end-to-end quality assurance activities, including test planning, test design, test execution, and defect management
• Ensure the highest test coverage to meet the quality gate
• Manage and support the release processes
• Mentor and guide QA engineers, promoting a culture of learning and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in QA
• 1+ years of experience in Test Automation with Java, Kotlin and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of SDLC and the role of QA in each phase
• Profound understanding of test design techniques and test coverage assessment
• Profound understanding of client‑server architecture and QA best practices and tools
• Positive and can‑do approach
• Very good interpersonal skills and team player
• Willingness to accept authority while having a “say”
• Creative and proactive
• Responsible and self‑sufficient
• Organized and methodological
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions
• Understanding of Git and Git commands
• Very good verbal and written English level
