Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of software requirements and provide early feedback on quality-related aspects
- Participate in Product and Architectural Design Reviews and create test plans accordingly
- Develop and maintain test plans and test cases and execute automated tests based on product requirements and specifications
- Lead and execute end-to-end quality assurance activities, including test planning, test design, test execution, and defect management
- Ensure the highest test coverage to meet the quality gate
- Manage and support the release processes
- Mentor and guide QA engineers, promoting a culture of learning and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in QA
- 1+ years of experience in Test Automation with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of SDLC and the role of QA in each phase
- Proficiency in test design techniques and test coverage assessment
- Strong understanding of client-server architecture and QA best practices and tools
- Positive and proactive attitude; strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Ability to own and deliver; organized and methodical with strong time management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Understanding of Git and Git commands
- Very good verbal and written English
