• Drive business growth through proactive market development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to support scalability and continuous improvement.

• Monitor financial performance and ensure effective budget management.

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the industrial or manufacturing sector for international companies
• Strong track record in managing operations and driving business development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on operational expertise.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
