What You Can Expect

The General Manager is responsible for supporting corporate strategic plans by fully developing and implementing business practices/leadership in the premised Zimmer Biomet entities or countries assigned to him/her within the CEEMA region across 55 countries in accordance with the Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. strategies and objectives

  • Communicates and champions the vision of fostering sustainable business growth across all stakeholders, demonstrating its mutual benefits for both individuals and the organization, while inspiring collective efforts towards its realization

Strategic/Operating Plan

  • Develops the regional growth vision and overall strategy
  • Ensures alignment of business units plans with Regional vision and strategy

P&L

  • Manages P&L in order to adapt quickly to evolving business requirements.
  • Monitors and controls cash flow and inventory levels as planned in collaboration with Sales Managers and Finance team.

Compliance

  • Champion a culture of compliance throughout the organization, promoting awareness, understanding, and commitment to upholding regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality management systems within the Medtech sector

Market Trends

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging industry best practices

Your Background

  • University Degree, or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing
  • Master in Business Administration (optional)

Languages

  • Fluent in English
  • Arabic Language is a Plus
