General Manager
Recruitment for
For our client, international company with office in Poland we are looking for General Manager. Strong product, stable team and possibilities for further grow in the group.
Your responsibilities
- Define market-related strategies in the context of the Group strategies.
- Personnel planning and introducing/implementing recruitment activities.
- Leading operative business, including responsibility for the associated budget and results.
- Formulating, describing and implementing lasting measures to achieve all of the company’s short-, medium- and long-term objectives (taking into account the directives of the parent company).
- Regular quality and success monitoring to determine the suitability of steps taken to achieve the company’s aims.
- Proactively opening up new markets/customers and sales channels, coordinating and supporting the processing of markets throughout the Group.
- Managing existing customers and acquiring new ones.
- Continuously monitoring market developments, relevant sales channels and trends.
- Representing the company internally and externally.
- Full economic management of the company using the KPIs and analytical instruments defined for that purpose
- Business and disciplinary leadership of the people working for the company.
- Drawing up and implementing activities to motivate staff and build up their loyalty, and to promote young talent in collaboration with HR.
Employer requirements
- Completed degree in business and/or technology
- Several years of leadership experience in international sales
- Several years of experience in international collaboration in organizational, project and personnel management
- Deep knowledge of international B2B sales
- Absolute confidence dealing with national and international business partners
- Entrepreneurial approach and ability to think analytically
- Analyzing and evaluating results, deriving activities
- Highly persuasive and effective
- Marketing knowledge (print, online, social media)
- A positive, respect-based attitude towards people
- Appreciative, supportive leadership of people
