About Our Client

Our client is a well-established global organization, known to the market for its innovative products and services.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the company expansion and manage operations in Poland. This is a high-impact role for an individual with a passion for technology, strong business acumen, and proven sales and leadership skills.

Job Description

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive country strategy to drive new client acquisition, revenue growth, increase brand visibility, and market share.

Business Development and Sales:

  • Identify new market opportunities, establish strong business partnerships, and expand the existing customer base by fostering long-term relationships.
  • Manage directly the sales team to execute new client acquisition targets.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations including sales, marketing, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Team Building & Management:

  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a cross-functional team. Inspire collaboration, foster a culture of innovation, and maintain high levels of engagement and performance.

Financial Oversight:

  • Develop and manage the countrys P&L, budget, and financial reporting. Track and analyze KPIs to optimize profitability and ensure sustained growth.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure the organization complies with local regulations and industry standards. Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicate effectively with regional and global leadership teams to align country goals with overall corporate objectives.

The Successful Applicant

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven track record (10+ years) in managing and growing sales and/or business operations in the hardware/software sector.
  • Successful leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute country-wide sales and marketing strategies.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proven team leadership, mentoring, and coaching ability.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
