For our international client from the manufacturing sector, we are seeking an experienced General Ledger Team Leader to manage a small accounting team and ensure high-quality financial reporting.

- 5–7 years of experience in accounting, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP; US GAAP exposure is an advantage.
- Experience with GL processes and ERP systems (ideally SAP).
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and a hands-on leadership approach.
- Very good English skills.

,[Lead and develop a team of 7–8 accountants and supervise all GL activities., Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes., Review journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting schedules., Work with external auditors and ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal procedures., Handle more complex accounting matters (accruals, prepayments, inventory valuation, revaluations)., Participate in system improvements and drive efficiency initiatives.
