For our financial department we are currently looking for the General Ledger Senior Team Leader.
General Ledger Senior Team Leader will be part of the GL Team responsible for GL processes in KION Business Services. The person will take the responsibility for managing and leading the Team, its effectiveness and efficiency.

Zakres obowiązków i wymagania:
- Firstly, You’ll be responsible for managing and leading assigned CoE GL teams,
- You’ll drive your teams performance in terms of effectiveness and efficiency including process improvements,
- You’ll ensure understanding of and compliance with the agreed policies and procedures by team members in the delivery of services across the KION Group,
- You will be responsible for a team of around 30 people and for the services they provide on a daily basis,
- You’ll coordinate the R2R processes in accordance with the schedule for the closing of the month and year
- You’ll support and develop the teams in the Business Transformation project,
- You’ll support and develop the teams through regular communication, planning, coaching and performance reviews,
- You’ll monitor, interpret and report teams key performance indicators,
- You’ll coordinate, evaluate and supervise the implementation of process improvements within the General Ledger area,
- You’ll resolve OpCo queries relating to GL processes as specified by relevant SLAs/KPIs,
- You’ll support internal/external audit requirements in respect of CoE GL processes.
Your Skills and Expertise
- Professional experience in area of Finance and Accounting (min. 5 years), especially General Ledger,
- Graduated (Bachelor, Master, or similar) in Business / Finance with a focus on Accounting,
- At least 3 years of people management experience,
- Knowledge of standard business processes and software, e.g. SAP, Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and presentation skills, readiness to lead discussions with Group Leadership Team,
- Fluent in Business English,
- Profound organizational skills and ability to set right priorities,
- Strong social competences and open minded approach,
- Maintain a high degree of creditability, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust
