Maintaining General Ledger – Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions in the general ledger accounts.
Ensuring Accuracy & Compliance – Verifying financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Reconciling Accounts – Conducting regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Asset Management – Managing fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and impairment.
Audit Support – Assisting with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
Process Improvement & Collaboration – Identifying efficiency improvements and working with other departments to enhance financial reporting and asset management.
Wymagania
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
1-2 years of experience in a multinational company, ideally within the General Ledger or Fixed Assets department.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Comprehensive understanding of core General Ledger and Fixed Asset processes.
Experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
