We are seeking a skilled and motivated GenAI Scrum/Agile Expert to facilitate and guide our development teams. In this role, you will ensure that our teams operate efficiently, meet project goals, and maintain a healthy, productive development culture. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, will be essential in helping our teams navigate the complexities of software development and delivery.
responsibilities :
Facilitate SCRUM events, ensuring they are conducted effectively.
Regularly communicate with a cross-functional team of developers and project leads.
Keep project reports current and communicate them to stakeholders.
Maintain project plans, including critical path sequences, to ensure timely delivery.
Foster and sustain a positive development team culture, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments that may hinder the Scrum Team’s progress.
Coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality, championing Agile principles.
Assist in keeping the Development team focused through techniques such as sprint goal setting, relative estimation, and backlog visualization.
Support the improvement of development culture by organizing team meetings and other events.
Manage existing processes like Scrum Maturity Assessment and Team and Delivery reporting.
requirements-expected :
Certified Scrum Master or similar Agile certification.
Strong knowledge and proven experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, within a corporate environment.
Understanding of development culture and the end-to-end engineering lifecycle.
Experience in establishing practices that help teams build, test, and release software faster and more reliably, including navigating release challenges.
Friendly, communicative, and collaborative personality.
Fluency in English is required.
