A small, focused team that:
- designs and implements GenAI chatbots, voicebots, and automations,
- works on its own AI platform integrated with LLMs,
- delivers projects for brands such as TVN, Żabka, Biedronka, and Santander Consumer Bank.

About the role:
GenAI Production Specialist is a role for people who:
- want to build, test, and develop AI solutions,
- enjoy combining technology, logic, language, and quality,
- want to see their work used by thousands of real users.
Depending on your strengths, you may work more within one or several of our specializations:
- conversation design and dialogue logic,
- low-code implementation and integrations,
- testing, quality, and solution validation.
What you’ll do on a daily basis (depending on your specialization)
- design and develop GenAI solutions (chat & voice),
- work on our proprietary low-code platform,
- connect data from various sources (JSON, XML, Excel),
- test solutions and ensure quality and flow logic,
- ensure overall quality, logic, and consistency of solutions,
- create B2C communication for brands from different industries, aligned with their image and tone of voice.
We’re looking for people who:
- are genuinely interested in AI and LLMs and understand which models make sense for which use cases,
- have practical experience (not necessarily commercial) in one of the following areas:
- low-code / integrations,
- testing / QA / logic,
- language / conversation design,
- communicate clearly and transparently in both Polish and English,
- are attentive, proactive, and work well in a team,
- think long-term and take responsibility for their decisions,
- think analytically and enjoy breaking down complex problems,
- want to learn through real, hands‑on projects,
- live in Wrocław or nearby and are ready to work on‑site in the city center.
What we offer:
- salary range: PLN 5,000–7,000 gross on an employment contract / PLN 6,000–8,500 net on a B2B contract (depending on experience and skills),
