Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Chapter expertise by maintaining best-in-class Gen AI knowledge and sharing relevant insights across the organization
• Lead and mentor Chapter members, helping them improve their skills and perform better in their Squads
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Portfolio Leads, and Tech Area Leads to ensure proper technical resourcing for Squads
• Work hands-on in a Squad to realize its mission, advancing the backlog based on priorities set by the Product Owner
• Actively contribute to the organization's transformation to a new way of working through Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience delivering platform or complex technology solutions with a strong technical background, preferably in a global organization
• 3+ years of experience experimenting and developing with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale software engineering or platform engineering teams
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, AI/ML pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
• Proficiency in modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and DevOps
• Experience with key LLM model APIs (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure Open AI) and frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
• Knowledge of building enterprise-grade, secure data ingestion pipelines and working with unstructured data, embeddings, and knowledge graphs
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, NodeJS, and ReactJS, as well as containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Experience with RAG concepts and fundamentals and in implementing RAG systems
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking
