- Strong background in machine learning and deep learning, including neural network architectures and optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
- Practical experience with generative models (GANs, VAEs) and NLP for text generation
- Experience deploying AI models into production environments
- Solid knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering
- Familiarity with computer vision and speech-to-text technologies
- Experience with Azure cloud services for AI development and deployment

Nice to have
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field, or relevant AI certifications
- Strong communication skills and understanding of responsible and ethical AI practices
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
