Gen AI Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions on CME Platform. You will work with cutting-edge generative models and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, production-ready AI systems.
This role combines strong hands-on engineering skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions (GANs, VAEs, NLP models) using deep learning techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing platforms and business processes
- Optimize, fine-tune, and troubleshoot models to ensure performance and scalability
- Prepare technical documentation and present results to non-technical stakeholders
- Support the full ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to production deployment

- Knowledge of Computer Vision and Speech-to-Text solutions
- Experience deploying AI solutions on Microsoft Azure
Nice to have
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- AI or cloud certifications (especially Azure)
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of Ethical AI practices
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
