Your tasks
- Developing modern products that deliver high-quality data in an accessible way
- Managing a team of specialists (Poland - Spain) – combining skills and fostering effective collaboration
- Defining and implementing data management strategies using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of data from various sources
- Implementing best practices in data architecture and data processing
- Collaborating with stakeholders to shape product development strategies
- Organizing and optimizing data processes for greater efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience as Tech Lead
- Experience in managing a distributed team (Poland - Spain)
- Strong soft skills – communication, leadership, mentoring
- Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience working with large datasets
- Python programming skills (Java is a plus)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Availability to work from our Warsaw office twice a week
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
