Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to design and build GCP-based infrastructures and landing zones
• Assist with the creation of Infrastructure architectures and technical documentation
• Work on the implementation of infrastructure modernization projects using Google Cloud Products
• Be part of the technical advisory and cloud infrastructure team responsible for secure cloud foundational implementations, automated provisioning of infrastructure and applications, and cloud-ready applications architecture.
• Deliver end-to-end cloud-based infrastructure management solutions
• Enhance client’s infrastructure operations by improving monitoring, logging, and observability
• Define and implement cloud infrastructure governance, building, and deployment standards

What skills and experience do you need?

• Hands-on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development
• Experience with virtualization: servers, storage, networks, IAM
• Expert knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and its infrastructure offerings
• Experience with infrastructure-based processes: Monitoring, Capacity planning, Performance tuning, Disaster Recovery, Hybrid connectivity, Datacenter exit
• Awareness of Google’s Cloud Foundation Toolkit and landing zone implementations
• Experience with Hybrid connectivity and Data Centre exit strategies
• Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Network Engineer
