  • As a GCP Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will be part of an agile team of engineers and operations specialists, building highly resilient, scalable, and performant Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure in an automated and efficient manner. You will collaborate with application DevOps teams and cross-functional IT teams, leveraging your expertise to innovate and deliver best-in-class cloud solutions.

responsibilities :


  • Build and manage the GCP foundation platform to enable application deployments.
  • Engineer solutions on the GCP foundation platform using Infrastructure as Code methods (e.g., Terraform).
  • Integrate, configure, deploy, and manage centrally provided common cloud services (e.g., IAM, networking, logging, operating systems, containers).
  • Ensure compliance with centrally defined security and operational risk standards (e.g., network, firewall, OS, logging, monitoring, availability, resiliency).
  • Update support and operational documentation as required.
  • Implement best practices for change management as per central standards.
  • Provide out-of-hours support on a rotational on-call basis as part of 24/7 coverage.

requirements-expected :


  • Proven experience building services in a cloud service provider environment (ideally GCP).
  • Expert understanding of DevOps principles and Infrastructure as Code concepts and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Experience configuring SDN within a CSP (e.g., VPCs, XPN).
  • Solid understanding of security and compliance, including IAM (ADFS, OAuth) and cloud compliance/auditing/monitoring tools.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with application teams, cross-functional IT, and global/local IT teams.
  • Excellent skills in at least one programming language: Python, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, Go, Groovy, Scala.
  • A track record of driving continuous improvement and successfully implementing change.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
