INEOS has an exciting opportunity for a Gelcoats Technical Service Representative to join our INEOS Composites business at our Miszewo Plant (Poland).

Reporting to the GC Technology Manager, the incumbent provides technical services to customers which are aligned with business strategy and goals, ensures INEOS Composites Gel Coats are well applied in customer workshops, develops creative solutions to solve complex application issues, and provides technical leadership in the GC application field.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with sales manager to service and retain customers via product value proposition communication, troubleshooting, and comprehensive solution offering. Meet business targets.
2. Enable prompt resolution and support for quality issues at customer sites.
3. Develop new business opportunities with the sales manager in profitable business to meet the Companys development demand.
4. Communicate with others within the industry to gather useful information and to understand industry-wide marketing trends, bringing back insights of competition and market status to the business team for new business development and product development projects.
5. Suggest improvement ideas for products and applications in served fields, actively participate in new product development projects, and make significant contributions in new product launches.
6. Responsible for sample requests/color matches in the laboratory at the Miszewo plant.
7. Support Plant and pilot productions in the Miszewo Plant.

Qualifications:

Level of Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree or above in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or related science or engineering degree. Gelcoats application experience is a must.

Technical Skills:

Logical thinking, advanced problem-solving skills, creativity to address sophisticated technical and application issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good command of written and spoken English; willing to travel frequently to visit customers (40% max time travelling).

More than 6 years of application or technical service experience in materials application related fields, including application or technical service experience in gelcoat technologies.

Behavioural Skills:

Result-driven, customer-oriented, hardworking, teamwork skills, willing to train junior professionals, leadership, resilience, agility, and SHE compliance.
