- Headcount and labor cost: headcount planning and labor cost budgeting within corporate planning cycles, monthly headcount and labor cost tracking and variance explanation;
- HR data: preparation of regular external and internal HR reports (JSOX-reports, Monthly & Annual HR Dashboards);
- Annual Salary Review and Annual Bonus: preparation, calculation, system maintenance;
- Payroll validation and JSOX controls preparation;
- Reporting coordination: ensure effective communication with the Finance department to guarantee the accurate provision of HR data regarding HC, salary, bonus, benefits;
- Job evaluation: positions assessment based on Hay methodology;
- Local Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures: initial preparation, distribution and support to employees with any quarries related to these documents.
- University degree (economics or finance is preferable);
- Experience in C&B or HR analytics of the multinational company is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Fluent English;
- Knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage.
