What will you actually do?

1. Headcount and labor cost: headcount planning and labor cost budgeting within corporate planning cycles, monthly headcount and labor cost tracking and variance explanation;
2. HR data: preparation of regular external and internal HR reports (JSOX-reports, Monthly & Annual HR Dashboards);
3. Annual Salary Review and Annual Bonus: preparation, calculation, system maintenance;
4. Payroll validation and JSOX controls preparation;
5. Payline construction and validation;
6. Reporting coordination: ensure effective communication with the Finance department to guarantee the accurate provision of HR data regarding HC, salary, bonus, benefits;
7. Job evaluation: positions assessment based on Hay methodology;
8. Local Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures: initial preparation, distribution and support to employees with any queries related to these documents.

You as a person:

1. University degree (economics or finance is preferable);
2. Experience in C&B or HR analytics of the multinational company is a plus;
3. Strong analytical skills;
4. Knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage.
