GBS Leader

For our client, an international service company in the areas of consulting, information technology, and outsourcing, we are looking for a candidate for a leadership position – someone communicative, decisive, and experienced in this field – for the role of GBS Leader.

• Fostering client partnerships, client satisfaction and growth, while creating a good business case
• Leading partnerships with key stakeholders, including key client stakeholders, 3rd parties, and employees
• Defining and delivering the latest global offer, assets, and capabilitie
• Bringing inspiration and new industry developments (e.g., Gen AI) to the clients and leading by example across the Group and promoting advancements beyond existing transformation, delivery, and technology solutions
• Contributing value proposition for the GBS offer and other parts of the Group and anticipating and responding to rapidly changing market needs
• Support in market sales activities including proposal development, commercial client interactions etc.
• Lead and represent at analyst and market facing events and conferences (e.g., SSON) to generate new GBS Offer business
