Your tasks
- analysis of data and preparation of reports which will support the decision making process
- coordination/administration of the Learning Catalogue (liaising with the learning support team and with external providers to organize trainings, administering & analyzing evaluation surveys, preparing purchasing orders, etc.)
- preparation of relevant communications to employees
- coordination/administration of the Leadership Development Program
- support in the implementation/execution of relevant P&C projects/processes
