Role: Player Experience Coordinator Gaming Community Support

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Type: Full‑time (40h/week)

About the Role

Our client is building a new Gaming Support Team in Sofia and is searching for enthusiastic Player Experience Coordinators to ensure that every gamer feels heard, supported, and valued. This isn’t just a support role its about being the bridge between passionate players and the game creators who design their worlds.

If you’re fluent in Polish, comfortable in English, and understand the gamers mindset, this could be your opportunity to turn your passion into a rewarding career.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist players by resolving issues and reporting technical or account‑related concerns.
  • Focus on delivering the ultimate player experience with empathy and professionalism.
  • Act as the voice of the players by relaying feedback and insights to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve support processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Polish and good working knowledge of English.
  • Hands‑on gaming experience and genuine understanding of player communities.
  • Strong empathy and ability to view challenges from the players perspective.
  • Familiarity with Player Support principles.
  • A natural team player who wants to contribute to group success.
