Responsibilities

• Design of mechanic and game elements
• Data analysis and gameplay balancing
• Implement content and features into games
• Cooperation with the team, in particular with the art director
• Deliver best quality work on deadlines

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in similar position in the video game industry
• Experience in creating RPG games
• Technical and mathematical abilities to create gameplay algorithms
• Creativity and detail-oriented approach
• Effective communication skills and teamwork
