We are on the lookout for a strategic and results-driven Regional Managing Director to lead operational and business development initiatives within our specified regions. This pivotal role is an opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive growth, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure alignment with the overall vision and objectives of the company. The Regional Managing Director will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and reinforcing our company’s position as a leader in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement regional strategies in alignment with corporate objectives to strengthen market presence in the forex sector.
  • Keep a close watch on industry trends and competitors to uncover growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Boost revenue by acquiring new clients and deepening connections with existing ones.
  • Identify and establish partnerships to support regional expansion.
  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and regulatory-compliant processes in the region.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesion with the companys global goals.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team in the region, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and drive.
  • Guide and mentor staff to enhance their skills and support their career growth within the company.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a senior leadership role within the forex industry, specifically focusing on the LATAM region.
  • Deep understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements in LATAM.
  • Proven success in driving business growth, meeting financial targets, and leading successful regional expansions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
  • Highly self-reliant, with the ability to oversee business development, forge partnerships, and establish new client relationships.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential additional languages spoken in the LATAM region are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of local business practices and regulatory environments in major LATAM markets, including Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
