The Invoice to Cash (I2C) department is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of billing, credit, and collections to ensure timely and accurate cash flow for the company.

As a I2C Expert / AR Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the companys cash flow by overseeing the collection of outstanding customer payments. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, proactive communication with customers, and strong analytical skills to minimize overdue balances and improve the company’s financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable portfolios to ensure timely and effective collection of outstanding payments.

• Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve billing and payment issues.

• Proactively identify accounts at risk of non-payment and implement appropriate actions.

• Assist in setting credit limits and maintain accurate records of credit and collections activity.

• Provide regular reports on collection status, including aging analysis and overdue payments.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects for the Invoice to Cash (I2C) process.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

• Previous experience in cash collection, credit control, or accounts receivable is preferred.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer relationships and negotiate payment arrangements.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collection goals.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

• Fluency in English, knowledge of other European language is nice to have.
