About the Program

The program combines 2 areas of Sales work in which you will have the chance to learn skills that every good sales leader needs to have:

  1. You will be fully responsible for your own accounts, influencing in-store promotions, executions, visibility, and sufficient stock levels, gaining invaluable retail experience for your future.
  2. You will co-lead the business with one of our retailers as a Key Account Manager Trainee, responsible for a category or a customer, planning and developing business while learning the specifics of categories and customers.

Potential assignments: Selling, Market Strategy & Planning, Store Development, Store Execution Organization, Distributor Operations, Category Management.

During the program you will:

  • Work with key market retailers (like Rossmann, Auchan) to understand customer and shopper needs and contribute to recommendations on assortment, merchandising, and promotions.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and collaborate in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing the right assortment, shelving, and merchandising strategies.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Develop your negotiating and sales skills , as well as your financial, marketing, analytical insights, and logistical understanding.
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply).

Job Qualifications

  • Business and Technical students of the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of study or graduates up to 12 months after graduation.
  • Strong initiative, problem-solving, and advanced language skills in Polish and English.
  • Positive attitude towards challenges and changes.
  • Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills gained through international student exchanges, voluntary work, etc.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills.
  • Valid drivers license (active driver).
