Potential assignments

  • Selling in Market Strategy & Planning, Store Development, Store Execution Organization, Distributor Operations, Category Management

During the program you will

  • Work with key market retailers (like Rossmann, Auchan) to understand customer and shopper needs and contribute to recommendations on assortment, merchandising and promotions. You will collaborate with the whole customer team to prepare business plans and external negotiations
  • Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing the right assortment, shelving, and merchandising strategies
  • Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Develop negotiating and sales skills, as well as financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding
  • Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply)

Job Qualifications

  • Business/Tech students of the 3rd, 4th or 5th year of study or recent graduates
  • Advanced level of Polish and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong initiative and problem solving
  • Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
  • Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills gained through international student exchanges, voluntary work etc.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and leadership skills
  • Valid drivers license (active driver)
