Program Details
- Work Schedule: 80-100%
- Location: Warsaw
- Potential start time: April‑May 2026
- Duration: 6 months (with the opportunity to get a managerial position upon successful completion of the program)
What You Will Do
- Act as a Finance Leader and Business Partner: Provide finance leadership in business decisions and external interactions (sales/production engineering) that directly influence the direction of our business.
- Become a Problem Solver: Develop a deep understanding of business and market dynamics, analyze data, identify key insights, and offer financial expertise.
- Embrace Risk: Take ownership of significant projects from Day 1, transforming and streamlining both local and regional operations.
Job Qualifications
- Are you a 3rd, 4th, or 5th‑year student from any faculty or a recent graduate with an interest in Finance?
- Can you conduct business in Polish?
- Are you proficient in English?
- Do you possess strong leadership and strategic analytical thinking skills?
- Do you believe you have excellent collaboration abilities and the capacity to work across diverse organizations and teams?
- Can you effectively manage your time to achieve even the most ambitious goals?
