Funds Order Processing - EB Operations Analyst
Responsibilities
- Deliver cash or securities operations servicing clients, focusing on transaction processing, asset servicing, collateral, funds, banking, reconciliation, investigations.
- Lead or contribute to projects or initiatives in operational efficiency, risk, quality, regulatory and strategy.
- Process a range of highly specialized operations; research or investigate information outside normal procedures.
Role Overview
- Requires strong knowledge of bank products, services and procedures in area of expertise.
- Direct access to the function typically requires previous experience in Euroclear or in a back‑office banking environment.
- Has reached a satisfactory level of polyvalence in most of the tasks and processes of the team; able to control processes, handle escalations and solve escalations jointly with the team leader.
- Is able to handle some risky operations.
- Contributes to continuous improvement of the team; participates in problem solving sessions, raises gaps in working methods, reviews operational procedures in own expertise and may participate to projects or initiatives.
- Usually trains and coaches in some processes.
