Fund Controller - Private Capital

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to oversee NAV-related activities for Private Capital funds, manage financial reporting and lead a team. The role involves collaboration with third-party administrators and participation in audits and business change projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of NAV calculations and fund valuations
- Review of financial reports and consolidations under IFRS, US GAAP, and Lux GAAP
- Coordination of fund audits
- Support for product development and operational changes
- Team leadership and development
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Capital or similar fund environments
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Lux GAAP
- Experience with NAV oversight and asset valuation
- Degree in Accounting or related field; professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred
- Fluent in English; French or German is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing a team will be an asset
