We are currently looking for 2 Analysts to join our Global Data Operations team. This is a full-time role based in Warsaw with the flexibility to work remotely up to 40%.

What You Will Do
- Onboard and process fund reference data, regulatory data, and fund documents from multiple sources into feed and display products.
- Work with both industry-standard and proprietary formats, including transformation, field mapping, and data normalization.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and timeliness of incoming data feeds.
- Collaborate with asset managers, relationship managers, customer support, and product teams to resolve client queries.
- Proactively drive initiatives to improve data quality and workflow efficiency.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field, plus at least 2 years of financial services experience.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and securities instruments.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data structures, transformation, and quality assurance.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
