Your responsibilites:

• Lead the NAV Valuation Team and oversee deliverables for clients within the Fund Accounting Domain
• Manage a team of 8-10 members.
• Provide technical and specialist support to the Team.
• Oversee, manage, and conduct final review of end-to-end NAV calculations on a daily basis.
• Develop and improve NAV calculation workflows and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Fund Accounting requirements and procedures.
• Collaborate with Senior Management and Risk to manage controls effectively.
• Daily management and supervision of the team, including task allocation.
• Respond to queries and requests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback to direct reports based on their goals.

Requirements:

• Have a bachelor's degree at a minimum
• Have preferably 5+ years of relevant experience in the Fund Accounting area,
• Have at least 1 year of experience in team management
• Fluent in English
• Proven ability in people management,
• Good understanding of Fund Accounting process
• Have ability to work effectively and demonstrate initiative
