Provide technical and specialist support to the Team.
Ensure compliance with Fund Accounting requirements and procedures.
Collaborate with Senior Management and Risk to manage controls effectively.
Daily management and supervision of the team, including task allocation.
Respond to queries and requests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback to direct reports based on their goals.
Requirements:
Have a bachelor's degree at a minimum.
Have preferably 4+ years of relevant experience in the Fund Accounting area.
Have at least 1 year of experience in team management.
Fluent in English.
Proven ability in people management.
Good understanding of Fund Accounting process.
Have ability to work effectively and demonstrate initiative.
