Join one of the leaders on the banking market! Together with our client-an international bank-we are looking for a Team Leader to lead the Nav Valuation team with support and commitment. The position will give you the unique opportunity to work on complete end-to-end fund accounting/valuation processes.

Your tasks:

• Managing a team of 8-10 members
• Substantive support of the team
• Working with Senior Management and Risk to manage controls
• Development and improvement of NAV calculation workflows and procedures
• Ensuring Fund Accounting requirements are met and procedures are followed
• Overseeing all internal or external audits
• Managing and overseeing the team on a daily basis
• Responding to queries and requests in a timely manner
• Conducting annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback based on goals for direct reports
• Establishing solid contacts with all areas and all levels at clients organizations as well as inter departmental

What we expect:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Fund Accounting, Valuations or similar
• At least 1 year of experience in team management capacity
• Experience in planning, initiating and following through to meet objectives
• Ability to identify, recommend and implement improvements
• Good understanding of Fund Accounting process
• Fluent English
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Client servicing mind-set
