Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month

Work Model: 100% remote

Contract Type: B2B (130-170 PLN/h + VAT)



Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end Fund Accounting operations
• Work with the Xentis platform to support daily activities and project-related tasks
• Ensure accurate reporting, data integrity, and adherence to operational standards
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within fund operations

• 3+ years of experience in Fund Accounting Operations
• Practical, hands-on experience with Xentis platform
• 1+ year of project experience related to fund operations
• Strong command of English (min. B2+)
• Strong analytical skills

• Hourly rate: 130–170 PLN/h, depending on experience
