ETF Fund Accounting Supervisor
For our growing team, we are looking for an ETF Fund Accounting Supervisor, within the Fund Valuations Department. The Supervisor is responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees, leading a variety of fund valuation activities in coordination. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of activities associated with Net Asset Valuations (NAVs). With us, you would be able to take part in onboarding & implementation activities as well as deepen your knowledge of fund accounting and specialize yourself in the continually growing area of ETFs.
We are not just dealing with daily net‑asset valuation routine but also participate in ongoing project work including migration, new client onboarding, process improvement, developing new applications and tools.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of the future operating model across all product areas
- Manage a team of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for the team (e.g., performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) as well as support mechanisms for achievement
- Support efforts for larger/complex/global clients
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the funds’ activities, including calculation of NAVs, review deliverables from upstream teams, and perform impact analysis
- Review and reconcile the balance sheet of the investment funds (ETFs)
- Participate in project work including migrating existing processes to our location, onboarding new clients, designing new processes, developing and testing new tools to accommodate them
Qualifications
- 5‑8 years of relevant experience in investment‑fund related areas such as fund accounting, corporate actions, derivatives, net‑assets valuation, fees/expenses
- At least 2 years of experience in team management, team‑leader or supervisor role
- Experience with InvestOne program and/or ETF would be a big advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English, as we deal with prestigious global clients
- Agile and flexible personality who enjoys diversity, complex tasks and is open to learning new topics
