  • We are seeking a skilled Fund Accounting Analyst for our Client in financial sector.
  • The Fund Accounting Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting fund valuation activities within the Operations - Transaction Services team. This position is responsible for assisting in the accurate calculation of daily and periodic Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) for various funds and ensuring the timely distribution of associated unit prices.

responsibilities :


  • Oversee daily fund activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness, including the calculation of NAVs and distribution factors.
  • Process daily tasks efficiently and accurately, serving as an escalation point for complex inquiries and research needs.
  • Review and approve work completed by associates, providing signoff for complex transactions and handling sensitive client accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, deliver training to employees, and act as a resource for escalated questions and issues.
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures and controls, maintaining the integrity of the data processing environment.
  • Support and manage overall fraud quality control processes, covering both monetary and non-monetary aspects.
  • Assist the manager in identifying and implementing necessary procedural changes, support the team’s business-as-usual (BAU) activities, and act as a backup for the manager as needed.
  • Evaluate risk when making business decisions, prioritizing the firms reputation, and ensuring compliance with company’s policies, laws, and regulations. Escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently.

requirements-expected :


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Fund Accounting or related areas, such as On-boarding/Migrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in change management and/or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of Third-Party Administration Fund Accounting and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Familiarity with FIS-InvestOne or Multifunds programs is a plus.
