Fund Accounting & Administration Supervisor (AIS NAV), Senior Associate
State Street is seeking a Fund Accounting & Administration Supervisor (AIS NAV), Senior Associate to act as a subject matter expert in NAV reporting for hedge fund clients. You will be accountable for providing NAV Packs and other reporting of the highest quality and accuracy in a timely manner, and you will manage and develop the careers of your direct reports, manage workflow, provide training, and maintain up-to-date procedures.
What you will do
- Service some of the largest hedge funds in the world
- Supervise the daily accounting process
- Supervise daily position and P&L reconciliation review
- Assist in preparation of Dealing Date NAV packs
- Work with complex financial instruments
- Assist in semi-annual and annual audits
- Provide excellent client service
- Assist team development
- Identify unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report/escalate per procedures

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in Fund Accounting or similar financial industry
- Good command of English
- PC literate and proficient in Excel
- Finance, Accounting, or Business degree would be an asset
