Offer Details

• Permanent contract (CDI)
• Location: Warsaw, Poland
• Key competencies:
  • Former exposure to the fund industry
  • Minimum 4 years in a fund accountant role
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and handle their periodic and year‑end financial closings, preparing financial statements and required regulatory reports.
• Prepare Corporate Tax returns, VAT returns, and subscription tax filings.
• Participate in the NAV production process covering a range of financial and accounting tasks.
• Address inquiries from auditors, clients, and tax authorities, and resolve internal accounting‑related matters.
• Work with clients in various industries, including private equity and real estate within the fund sector.
• Report on client needs and expectations.
• Maintain and update the Investor register and the capital table.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Audit, or Finance.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in the fund industry, including audit firms or similar role.
• Experience in NAV calculations and NAV production.
• Good knowledge of general accounting principles, Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and initiative‑driven.
• Organized and methodical approach.
• Effective task prioritization and workload management.
