Responsibilities
- Analyze and book asset transactions (securities transactions, deposits and advances, options, futures and any other derivatives, bank statements, corporate actions etc.)
- Record liability transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, etc.)
- Reconcile positions with the custodian bank, sub-custodians or other counterparties
- Monitor outstanding items and prepare any necessary claims
- Calculate and control the net asset value
Qualifications
- You hold a Bachelor degree in accounting
- You have prior experience in investment fund administration, particularly in fund accounting, and have a strong interest in financial markets
- You are autonomous, proactive, and have a sense of responsibility
- You are rigorous, organized, open-minded, and have excellent team spirit
- You have an excellent command of French and a good command of English
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- You have good knowledge of NeoXam Global Portfolio
