In a nutshell

Join our Customer Serving Team which focuses on maintaining and implementing new functionalities in Salesforce CRM and Self-Service in our markets.

Key role responsibilities of the Functional Tester role are:

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and collaborate with business analysts / product owner.
• Identify test cases from Software Requirements and/or Use Cases.
• Create and execute manual test cases to ensure compliance with specifications and documentation provided.
• Conduct functional and E2E test scripts dry-runs, peer reviews, and execution.
• Identify, report, and manage defects.
• Perform backend and frontend testing including API, database, and Salesforce.
• Support the team in automated tests execution and updates.

Role requirements:

• Experience in backend testing skills: REST API, SQL.
• Experience in frontend testing.
• Proficient in Functional, E2E, and UAT testing and test processes as part of SDLC and STLC.
• Over 2 years of experience working as a Software Tester.
• Knowledge of different testing phases and types: Integration, UAT, E2E, functional.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
• Ability to communicate in English on a day-to-day basis in speaking and writing.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player but also able to work independently using your initiative.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Finance/Banking experience (strong advantage).
• Background in Automation testing (an advantage).
• General knowledge of some programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python) (an advantage).
• Familiarity with Robot Framework (an advantage).
• ISTQB Certification (an advantage).
• Experience in Salesforce testing (an advantage).
