requirements-expected :
Proven experience in finance transformation, ideally within a large organization or consultancy.
Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) and automation technologies (RPA, AI, machine learning).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Practical skills in identifying client/ business process needs and conceptualizing business solutions for achieving corporate goals,
Expertise in mapping business requirements by interacting with senior management and stakeholder-clients,
Excellent command of the Polish & English languages, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
