Responsibilities

1. Work with customers and Netwise team leaders to understand business requirements
2. Work with customers to identify top needs and consistency across organizations
3. Develop strong collaborative working relationships with our teams and our key stakeholder groups
4. Support developers and developer leads in daily work

Qualifications

1. Understanding business processes and business process models
2. Understanding business requirement mapping methods
3. Ability to distill complex analyses into understandable information, guidance, and actions
4. Ability to proactively identify areas in customers’ organizations that might require new system tools
5. Ability to create compelling and easy-to-follow business documentation
