Must have
- 5+ years of professional experience developing production-grade applications in the .NET ecosystem, including frontend development (preferably React)
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and Web API development
- Hands-on expertise with React for building dynamic and high-performance web applications
- Advanced experience in database design and SQL, particularly SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization, performance tuning)
- Solid experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience leading UI/UX initiatives or mentoring frontend developers
- Familiarity with service management frameworks and ITSM tools
- Experience working in enterprise or customer-facing platforms
- Knowledge of modern frontend architecture patterns
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments
- Fluent English and Polish
