We are actively seeking a dynamic Fullstack Technical Leader to become a key player in our team dedicated to a cutting-edge project for a banking client. Join us in shaping the future as we collaborate on the development of a strategic web portal and a suite of web applications that enhance banking services for both customers and employees.

Onboarding will be carried out at our office located in Warsaw, and after the implementation period, it is possible to work hybrid.

Your Role:

1. Develop both backend and frontend functionalities for new and existing applications within the Digital Platform scope.
2. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
3. Actively participate in SCRUM events, providing insights and contributing to continuous improvement.
4. Engage in technical analysis and discussions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
5. Demonstrate proactivity and initiative in problem-solving and project advancement.
6. Foster effective communication and collaboration with team members.

Your Skills:

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including over a year as a Technical Leader.
2. Proficiency in Java and Angular.
3. Experience with the Spring framework and JPA (Hibernate).
4. Solid knowledge of RDBMS, with specific SQL skills.
5. Familiarity with OpenAPI specifications (Swagger) for web communication.
6. Knowledge of web languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
7. Understanding of version control systems (GIT), build tools (Maven, npm), and Agile workflows.
8. Awareness of Frontend Security topics (OWASP) and Backend Security considerations.
