Advertising on all formats is being reinvented through new business models and the combination of data, predictive analytics, optimization and other modern data science techniques. Our industry-leading advanced advertising platform is at the forefront of this reinvention of advertising, and is currently looking for key new individuals to join our team!

How we work:

1. Our teams own “how” decisions - we are autonomous regarding the architectural choices, technologies, and approach to providing high-quality solutions.
2. Our Engineers are involved in every stage of SDLC.
3. Our divisions are built from various engineers, including Backend, Mobile, DevOps, Test Automation, and System Engineers, as well as Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
4. Our products are exposed to millions of users globally.
5. We focus on test automation and code quality – and we do that by automating whatever is possible!
6. The majority of business clients are located in NY or London.
7. Every project is run based on Agile principles using Scrum/Kanban.

We are looking for Engineers that:

1. Will provide support for less experienced engineers - knowledge sharing and mentoring is important to us.
2. Keep up to date with modern web technologies.
3. Are curious, with a desire to learn and the ambition to quickly become a self-reliant, top-notch software engineer.
4. Want to actively participate in decision making and fully understand the products they work on.
5. Enjoy working in a team.
6. Easily and openly communicate in English.

And on the technical side we need:

1. 3+ years of experience in software development.
2. Master’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
3. Proficiency in either Python or TypeScript, with a strong desire to learn or gain experience in the other language.
4. Understanding various databases and data warehouse concepts and experience with SQL.
5. Hands-on experience with build and dependency management tools.
6. Experience working on projects with microservices architecture.
7. Understanding concepts related to Cloud and Containers.
8. Experience with AWS cloud provider(s), GitHub Actions or Jenkins CI/CD tools.
9. Familiarity with Vue or React or openness to learn.
