For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Full-stack Developer
Hybrid work (Warsaw, Poznań, Lublin)
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation
What You will be doing:
- Analyze technical requirements and design scalable solutions
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Engineers, and Software Architects
- Implement features in a cross-functional team, including integration testing
- Create and maintain automated tests
- Support backlog refinement and task/story creation
- Evaluate UX designs with the UX team
- Submit pull requests and participate in code reviews
- Handover clean, documented code to internal teams
- Provide bug fixes post go-live
What we expect from you:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Full-stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in PHP – ideally with experience in modern frameworks like Symfony
- Solid understanding of SQL – including query optimization and relational database design
- Front-end fundamentals – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with React – building dynamic, responsive interfaces
- Containerization know-how – working with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments
- Testing mindset – familiarity with unit, integration, and functional testing, and a commitment to writing testable code
- Clean Code principles – you care about readability, maintainability, and long-term quality
