We already have a small team of .NET Web Developers, Junior Front-end Developers and a Tester in place. Now we are looking for our next awesome and talented Engineer to join our team in Gdansk! What will you do?
As a Senior Fullstack Optimizely/Episerver (.NET) Developer you will be a key part of our team cooperating both locally in Gdansk and with the team in Oslo - to build exciting and complex solutions for our diverse set of customers in Norway.

We require the candidate to be present at our office in Gdansk at least a few times a week. We also seek candidates with good communication skills - both in Polish and in English. We want everyone to feel welcome and included!

Solid knowledge and experience with:

• Optimizely Commerce and CMS - minimum 3 years hands-on experience.
• Building business systems and tools developed in NET framework (.NET, MVC, C#)
• Systems integration and development patterns
• Database technologies (we use SQL server)
• At least one of the major cloud providers and their serverless services (we use Azure)
• Git version control system
• Best practices for performance optimization
• Testing frameworks such as NUnit, xUnit, Moq (or any other good ones...)
• Best DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and optimise code
• Familiarity and good understanding of agile development methodologies
• Ability to see tasks through to completion
• Good communication skills - both in Polish and in English
• Collaboration attitude - ability to work well in a team
• Social skills such as enthusiasm, cooperation, and a customer-friendly attitude
• A desire to help business customers achieve their goals through effective use of technology

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of .Net MVC Razor syntax
• Familiarity of css post processors
• Basic knowledge of vue.js framework
